Springfield’s very own St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celebration is back for another year and the festivities are being held this Saturday, March 15, beginning at Benton and Commercial. The event is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m., and during this time, food booths and vendors will open up at the Jefferson Avenue Footbridge. Throughout the daylong affair, attendees will be able to enjoy the highly anticipated St. Patty’s Parade, a pet contest and an Awards Ceremony celebration at Patton Alley Pub.
